the grove

where stability takes root.

vision.

The Grove is more than just a housing development, it’s a micro community built to restore dignity and stability. Each one-bedroom unit provides a safe and affordable home for individuals navigating poverty, homelessness, or reentry.

At its core, The Grove is designed as a true neighborhood, blending private space with shared resources that foster connection and belonging.

Beyond housing, residents gain access to wrap-around services delivered by licensed clinicians and peer support specialists. A dedicated management and care team works side by side with every tenant, offering guidance and support that helps them move beyond day-to-day survival and build a foundation for lasting self-sufficiency.
