  • phone number (if you opt in to sms alerts or use sms login/otp)

  • messages you send us (such as help requests or support emails)

  • device and usage data: device identifiers, browser type, approximate location (city/state level), pages/screens viewed, gameplay events, and timestamps

  • technical data: ip address, cookie or local storage identifiers, and diagnostic logs

purchase and entitlement data

when you make a purchase (for example, unlocking a city or supporting a mission), we store:

  • a device identifier and the entitlements/unlocks granted to that device

  • basic purchase metadata needed to confirm the purchase was successful

important: payment details (such as your credit card number) are processed by our payment providers (for web purchases, this may include stripe). we do not store your full payment card information.

we use information to:

  • provide and improve care rush and reversebus services

  • send sms login codes (otp) when you request them

  • send impact alerts and service updates if you opt in

  • maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues

  • measure engagement and program impact (for example, counts of missions served)

sms program details

if you opt in to sms:

  • you may receive login codes and/or impact alerts

  • message frequency varies (typical impact alerts are 1–4 per month)

  • message and data rates may apply

  • you can opt out at any time by replying stop

we store opt-in consent (timestamp and source) to comply with messaging regulations.

how we share information

we do not sell your personal information.
